Shipping policy

                        SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. All prices listed in the catalog include 22% VAT and exclude shipping costs.
2. Totals exclude any customs duties for shipments outside the European Union.

3. Shipping to the United States

For orders destined for the United States, we use DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping terms. This means that:

° Shipping costs cover transportation to your destination.

° Customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees are NOT included in the purchase price or shipping.

° These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

°The amount varies based on the order value and the type of product. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities for more information.

4. Shipping is primarily handled by the courier. SDA-Poste Italiane (for destinations within Europe), Fedex or UPS for destinations outside Europe. Upon receipt of the package, it is mandatory to always mark "ACCEPTED WITH SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" to activate the insurance policy.


5. The goods are insured, and in the event of damage, which must be demonstrated with appropriate photographic documentation sent to bsceramichesiciliane@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, the following procedure will be followed:

a) For intra-EU shipments (Italy and Europe), only the value of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost, pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code, as this is an additional service for which the seller is only obligated to deliver to the courier.

I. As an alternative to point "a", the damaged item, upon the customer's request, may be replaced and returned at our expense.

II. If the item cannot be reproduced, the procedure described in point "a" will be followed.

b) For shipments outside the European Union (United States, England, Switzerland, Canada, etc.), only the value of the item will be refunded, not the shipping cost, pursuant to Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code. This is an additional service for which the seller is only obligated to deliver to the courier, and replacement of the goods is not possible. Deductibles provided by the various courier's insurance companies may apply.

c) Deductibles apply for both the European and non-European markets, at a rate of €100 for purchases under €2,000 + VAT and €200 for purchases over €2,000 + VAT.

5. In the event of non-collection by the recipient, the costs and charges related to the return of the package will be borne by the recipient.

6. Goods returned to the sender as per point 5 may be refunded as per point 4, deducting the return shipping costs and charges, or returned to the recipient upon payment of the new shipping costs and return shipping costs and charges.

7. As soon as the package is received by the sender, an email will be sent requesting the procedure described in point 6. If no response is received from the recipient within thirty days of the aforementioned email, this will be considered a cancellation of the purchase and any refund for the returned goods.
